Protecting yourself from viruses

Every week, David writes (with Jes Scherder) a newspaper column called Worry Watch. In addition, please be aware that there are a number of music related web sites that serve various adware, spyware, and other computer maladies that you don't want. We've found them in lots of lyrics web sites. So if you go to web sites other than the legal music services, please have your virus and spyware protection software set to the highest levels possible -- and be on guard. Some of these maladies are difficult to remove from your system.
