Replies from around the world

One of the great things about this country is that everybody gets a chance to speak their mind.  I recently wrote a column about the search engines' decisions not to accept advertising from online gambling web sites outside the United States.  As usual, I received replies.  A few of the replies were from people who are part of the online gaming industry or operate non-US based gaming establishments.
